We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as you received it

  • Unworn and unused

  • With all original tags attached, where applicable

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact Makkah Cloth House on Email and provide your order number, name, phone number, and reason for the return.

Please do not send any item back before your return request has been approved. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.

For damaged or incorrect orders, we may ask you to provide clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Items without their original packaging, where applicable

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another product, size, or color, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Depending on availability, we may arrange an exchange or ask you to return the original item before a replacement is sent.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed through the applicable original payment method or another agreed payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
